1. Exhibition Equipment Transportation Plan
To facilitate exhibitors' participation in the Thailand International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition, the China Agricultural Machinery Distribution Association, China Agricultural Machinery Industry Association, and China Agricultural Mechanization Association (referred to as the "three associations") have appointed Shanghai Huizhan International Logistics Co., Ltd. (Huizhan Logistics) as the official designated transportation agent. They will provide unified equipment transportation services to ensure the safety and timely arrival of the machinery at the exhibition booth.

2. Diversified Buyback Policies for Agricultural Machinery
Thailand Business Matching Session: During the Thailand International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition 2025, the organizers will invite high-quality local and international manufacturers and distributors from Thailand to hold a business matching session, providing a platform for domestic companies to expand their business in Thailand. All exhibitors who register for the "Thailand International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition 2025" are eligible to attend for free.
Exhibitor Equipment Retention Service: After the Thailand International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition 2025, if exhibitors' machinery remains unsold or does not connect with satisfactory local distributors, the organizers, in collaboration with the College of Engineering, Agricultural University of Thailand, will offer equipment retention services.
"Farmers' Festival" Product Promotion: Thailand holds an annual "Farmers' Festival" every December for 10 days, inviting over 100,000 people, including cooperating organizations and farmers, to visit, learn, and showcase agricultural technologies and equipment. Retained machinery will also be displayed and sold during the event. All retained equipment can participate.
Joint Promotion with Industry Associations: The organizers will cooperate with trade associations such as the Thai Machinery Industry Association and the Thai Agricultural Machinery Engineering Association to promote and sell the products of exhibitors.
